Very unprofessional. I went there for quick medical care before traveling and was not treated. Judy is very careless in what she does. My Primary Care Physician said hes never heard of a patient being turned around when seeking medical care. I WOULD NOT recommend this clinic.
Went to clinic at 5:15 for a quick check on eye issue to get eye drop. The lady there was cleaning up and dispite there being 15 more minute till the clinic closed refused to see us. When we asked her name and told her we were going to call corporate on her she refused to speak to us and give us corporates number and locked herself in her office. We got the CVS manager to come help but since this is a separate company the manager has no control. He was able to get the Minute clinic Corp number from the lady but she refused to she her name with him. When the CVS manager approach her she yelled she will not be spoken to like that! Even though none of us were rude at all, we only questioned why she was closing early. This lady knew she was doing wrong but did not care! I am a t-8 para in a wheelchair and his evil woman wouldn’t take 5 minutes of her time to help me even though she was being paid for it!!! I am escalating to corporate but I would avoid that place like the plague!!!!
Very poor experience two times now and i will never go back here again to this doctor. The doctor was really terrible her name was Zhandra Wright. Two different occasions she was horrible to me. First time around I came there at 4:30pm 30min before closing no one was waiting and she told me that she was busy making phone calls when I told her I needed immediate attention for sickness. She turned me away. The second occasion was today when I came there horribly sick with throat infection. She told me I didn’t have a flu, my throat is severely infected and runny nose and sneezing. She prescribed me over the counter congestion products which I could have ordered without her. Luckily I went to another doctor immediately and she told me I had strep throat and needed amoxicillin. Thank god i went to another doctor from Walgreens u-clinic on commercial and Andrews.
I just recently left there with one of the worst services by Judith. I call me health insurance Humana ppo and ask them if they would cover the physical and they said yes. But Judith refuse to take my insurance and said they would not cover. I had the worst service by Judith, asking her that i need it a physical and it was a mission to get it done very rude an unpleasant. I will never again visit cvs mini clinic. i will make sure i go to my regular doctor. Now i have to call Humana to get reimburse
Simple and straightforward. Needed to get a few vaccinations for work and was in and out within 15 minutes. Came back two days later for a follow shot, this time I didn’t schedule an appointment, but walked in around 6:15 PM. There was one person ahead of me and was still out by 6:45 PM. The NPs were very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Horrible experience. Whats the point in listing a close time of 7:30 pm to have out-of-towers race to get there by 7:09 only to be told sorry, cant take any more patients because one is waiting already?Sick child that needed a simple antibiotic for their fever. Maybe you should change your website to read closes at 7:00pm. Such a disappointing experience and expected so much more from a so-called health services company. Youve lost my respect and any future business. Walgreens is my new pharmacy!
