You’ll literally just need four ingredients to throw together a batch of this delicious garlicky brioche bread!

  • 4 Brioche Rolls
  • 50g Butter – at room temperature
  • Small Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 2 Cloves Garlic

How To Make Garlic Bread Broiche Rolls

You’ll love how simple these tasty little garlic rolls are to make!

Step One – warm up the oven

  • Firstly preheat the oven to 200C

Step Two – prepare the herbs and garlic

  • Next finely chop the flat leaf parsley – it’s quicker and easier to just quickly snip through the bunch of herbs using kitchen scissors.

  • Next peel the garlic cloves and grate using the fine side of the grater.

Step Three – make the garlic butter

  • Add the butter to a shallow bowl and tip in the grated garlic and chopped flat leaf parsley – mash them into the butter using a fork.

Step Four – butter the rolls

  • Cut the brioche rolls in half – often you can buy them ready cut which saves time.

  • Spread each half of the brioche rolls with the garlic and herb butter mixture – spread it right up to the edges.

  • Put the brioche rolls spread with the garlic and herb butter onto a baking tray.

Step Five – bake the garlic brioche rolls

  • Bake in the oven for around 7 minutes or until the butter is melted and the brioche rolls are crisping up a little and looking a more golden colour.

Ingredients

  • 4 Brioche Rolls
  • 50g Butter
  • Small Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 2 Garlic Cloves

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 200C
  2. Split the brioche rolls into halves
  3. Peel the garlic cloves and grate finely.
  4. Finely chop the flat leaf parsley
  5. Mix the garlic and parlsey into the softened butter using a fork to mash it all together
  6. Spread the butter onto the brioche rolls.
  7. Put the rolls onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for around 5-7 minutes until the butter is melted and the brioche is turning a golden colour
