Specific high-demand courses in summer 2024 will be offered at a discounted rate of $500 (for Texas residents) and $2,000 (for non-Texas residents).

March 21. Summer 2024 registration begins for all Graduate, Post‐ Baccalaureate, Undergraduates with 60 or more credit hours, and for Summer Visitors. Students can waitlist up to 8 credit hours.

What the school does is accepts students for the summer session who would be next in line but are not fully accepted or maybe would be wait-listed. This serves as a trial period. If you do well in the summer classes, that is considered your first semester so you are off in the fall.
