And not only is this chicken marsala one of my favoriteketo chicken recipes, but it's alsoone of my favoriteItalian dishes.
Everything cooks together in one pan -takes about 20 minutes to make - and it is just oh-so-yummy.
I mean, there's pan-fried chicken, savorymushrooms, andtasty seasonings, all in the most delicious marsala sauce, who wouldn't love that?!
Seriously, everyone who eats this will think you picked it up from an authentic Italian restaurant - yep, it's that good.

INGREDIENTS FOR KETO CHICKEN MARSALA

STEP 1: COOKING THE CHICKEN
The first thing you'll do is seasonyour chicken breasts withsalt,pepper, andgarlicpowder.
Then heat a large pan overmedium heatand cover the surface witholive oil. Once the pan is heated,addyourseasoned chickenand cook it for about5-7minutes on each side or until they aregolden brown.

Ingredients
4 small chicken breasts (or 2 large, cut in two)

- Remove chicken, put on a plate, and set aside.
- In the same pan add mushrooms, shallot and butter. Cook for 1 minute, then add wine and chicken broth. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until the liquid has reduced in half.
- Add in the heavy cream and simmer for 2 more minutes.
- Place the chicken back into the pan and cover with sauce. Serve with chopped parsley on top and enjoy.
