How good is No Hesitation
No Hesitation is part of a new auto rifle frame called the Support Frame. This new frame is capable of healing your allies, in addition to hurting foes. Damaging foes builds a restorative charge. Hip firing at allies, while that charge is active, heals them, and, in return, rapidly healing allies grants restoration to your allies and increases your weapon damage. Talk about a utility weapon!
No Hesitation also has Physic in its perk pool, brand new to Destiny 2. This perk synergizes with the Support Frame’s healing capability. Upon healing allies, restoration is granted to the wielder and their allies.
No Hesitation has another new perk in its perk pool called Circle of Life. Rapidly healing allies grants the weapon increased damage output. This too, should synergize nicely with the new frame that No Hesitation comes packing.
As with all destination weapons available in the Pale Heart, it comes packing the Dealer’s Choice origin trait, which grants a small amount of Super energy for each kill, and, with multiple Pale Heart weapons equipped, you can increase the potency of this effect.

No Hesitation PvE god rolls
PvE Roll: All-Around | |
---|---|
Barrel | Arrowhead Brake |
Magazine | Tactical Mag |
Perk 1 | Physic |
Perk 2 | Circle of Life |
Masterwork | Reload Speed |
For our barrel, you will want Arrowhead Brake to reduce recoil and increase handling. This will help ensure you can keep that jumpy auto rifle recoil under control. For our magazine, we’ll want to pick Tactical Mag to increase our magazine, reload speed, and stability. This should extend our ability to either crowd control or heal our allies as we will keep that magazine loaded and keep our sights on our target.
For our perks, we want Physic and Circle of Life in perk columns 1 and 2 respectively. Physic will grant restoration to yourself and your allies, while Circle of Life will enable you to boost your damage after rapidly healing your teammates.
In PVE, this roll should be the perfect showcase for how this new weapon frame and its synergizing perks create unique utility in Destiny 2’s sandbox.
No Hesitation PvP god rolls
PvE Roll: All-Around | |
---|---|
Barrel | Smallbore |
Magazine | Accurized Rounds |
Perk 1 | Demolitionist |
Perk 2 | Desperate Measures |
Masterwork | Range |
In PvP, the god roll of No Hesitation will be harder to nail down. Its healing abilities are certain to change the dynamics of your Crucible encounters. Since this will be extremely situational, we will seek out a more traditional 600 RPM auto rifle roll. For our barrel and magazine, we will want Smallbore and Accurized Rounds accordingly. Smallbore will boost our stability and range, while Accurized Rounds will dramatically increase our range.
In perk column 1, we want Demolitionist to generate grenade energy upon kills and reloading this weapon upon the use of your grenade ability. In column 2, we will pick Desperate Measures. This perk was introduced in Season of the Wish and grants additional damage upon kills with the weapon and even more damage from grenade and melee final blows.
These two perks should synergize nicely as your grenade will generate more quickly, and the use of your grenade should dramatically boost the damage you deal to your opponents
